Another light week, but good stuff still. Everyone got snap peas, fava beans (yippeee!), spinach, garlic, and cabbage. I picked collards again over bok choy, kale, or broccoli rabe, only because I knew they were coming and have my collards from last week waiting to make more southern style yumminess.
What I made: Snap peas were devoured before we even got home - sorry honey, southern style collards, fava beans with mint and garlic, spinach with garlic and in various sandwiches, fourth of july cole slaw (ie straight up american with mayo, sugar, and vinegar).
