It is that time of year again. Time to document my CSA. I did this last year and now I can really compare, plus we are using the same farm as they rock. This week we got spring garlic, walking onions, haruki turnips, bok choi or broccoli rabe, spinach or arugula, braising mix or red russian kale, and a bonus pint of strawberries. We picked bok choi, red russian kale, and spinach.

What I made: strawberries straight in tummies, braised spinach and haruki greens, haruki turnips sliced and eaten raw, braised bok choi with miso, kale salad, grilled onions and garlic.
