There were a ton of choices this week. Everything is coming in and we had apricots and cherries in our fruit share. Everyone got grilling onions, zucchini, and beets. I chose cauliflower over broccoli, kale over chard or collards, and broccoli rabe over bok choy or cabbage.
What I made: Apricots and cherries in bellies on the road to camping, kale salad, roasted beets and onions, sauteed broccoli rabe, and cauliflower for next week.
