This week was more green, green, green. We got arugula, lettuce, pea shoots, harukei turnips, radishes, walking onions, red russian kale, bok choy, and garlic scapes.
What I made: Arugula, lettuce, pea shoot, and radish salad; grilled walking onions; arugula garlic scape pesto; roasted harukeis; grilled kale; and bok choy in steamed buns.
