We had a little rain around these parts. It has been pretty crazy, but thankfully we didn't have any damage. A lot of people are without their homes and/or have ruined homes. My thoughts are with them. I don't have a picture for week 18 as that was the week of the flood.
Week 17: Carrots, tomatoes, zucchini, purple potatoes, spaghetti squash, edamame, basil, arugula, shallots, roasted peppers, eggplant, and peaches.
What I made: Carrots and peaches in bellies, zucchini and eggplant in sechzuan pickles, purple potato salad, steamed edamame, tomatoes in pasta with basil, arugula in sandwiches and salads, spaghetti squash for later.
Week 18: Spicy salad mix, kale, apples and pears, carrots, beets, potatoes, delicata squash, onions, and garlic.
What I made: apples/pears/carrots in bellies, beets and squash for later, braised salad mix and kale, onions and garlic in everything.
