CSA week 13

Some much fruit this week. Well technically almost all fruit. For our fruit share we had plums and peaches. Everyone got onions, green beans, and either one big or two little melons. I went for the two little cantaloupe and honeydew. We picked zucchini over cucumbers or squash and promptly traded it for the cherry tomatoes which I knew my boys wanted. We picked beets over cauliflower and regular eggplant over japanese.

What I made: Plums didn't last the night, sliced peaches for breakfast, tomatoes for snacks, melon cubes for another breakfast, eggplant ancho spread, sauteed green beans, onions in lots of things, and simple boiled beets with salt.
